My Trip to The United States of America ! :)

Wow!

That's the first word that I will ever say. No words. It is one of the most friendliest country. I have gone for a business visit and it was the most PERFECT visit.

I have traveled to Austin, Texas. This state is known as the lone star state. Ask me why is it called as the lone star state? Well, as far as I was informed, it is known as The Lone Star State because the flag has only one star as below:

Unique right!

Well, let me begin from the start. So, my trip to the States started on the 3rd June 2017. My flight was on the 3rd June 2017 from KLIA to Heathrow London Airport. You heard that right! My flight was to LONDON.

The flight was for 13 hours straight from Malaysia. Traveled from British Airways.

The food was "marvelous". Hahaha. The wine was SUPERB. I loved it. It helped me to sleep. Seriously.

So when we reached London, the temperature was like 10 Celsius. It was freaking cold. Once we cleared the immigration, we straight went and look for train. Sorry, "we" means I was with another girl as well, Tasha.  Both of us traveled together. We took the train from Terminal 5 and went to Big Ben. The station is known as Westminster. Very nice place and I would love to go again.

We didn't know anything about the new place yet we traveled like a local person. Hahahaha. Maps in hand, asking directions from the cops. Mind you, the cops are so damn tall and good looking! *drooling* haha.

We had a transit for only 5 hours. SO , once we have visited the Big Ben, we headed back to the airport to catch our flight to Austin. That flight was a 10 hours flight.

After the whole struggle, we finally reached Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We took a cab to our hotel. The cab costs us USD 44.00 = RM 189.09 and the distance was only about 20 mins drive. #facepalm

This was the hotel. Lone Star Court which was located The Domain.

And my room wasssssssssss, tadaaaaaaaa :

My freaking fridge! Hahahahahah!

We reached to the hotel around 5-6pm. Mind you, it gets dark only after 8.30pm. Its bright and sunny at 7.30pm. Their 9.00 pm is like our 7.00pm. Hahaha! The room was sooo damn cozy. I loved it!

After having a good shower, we had a walk to find food. We ate pizza for freaking USD 9.00 and a Banana Waffle with nutella for about USD 5.00. See the portion of the waffle! #facepalm. Pizza picture i forgot to take as I was too hungry! They have no chili sauce there. It's only Sriracha and tomato sauce.

I don't like the sauce. Tastes like bloody vinegar! Yuck.

After having our food, we got to know that one of our colleague was stuck at the airport as her luggage delayed and it was already 11pm. I have not seen her before and it was my first time meeting her. Her name is Manisha and she is from Hyderabad office. She is super damn smart!

Oh well, then I met her the next morning. The most friendliest and caring human being i have ever seen! We got ready and headed to office. Before the journey to the office, we had a very good breakfast at the hotel.

After the meal, we headed to the office. The people in the office were super super friendly and good looking as well. Hahaha!

*********************************************************************************

Cutting short on the trip itinerary, we have visited many many place.

This lady comes here daily and stand here for hours as Statue of Liberty with no cost. I've asked her, how much she gets an hour if she does it,she said nothing. She does it every single day be it raining or hot sunny weather just because of the love for her country! God bless her!  #happypeopleofamerica

Texas State Capitol was a memorable ones and I will never ever ever forget it!

The other places that I have visited was :

Barton Springs Pool.

Dillard's

Maggiano's

We had team dinner at this place. The food was too good! :)

Park near my office!

Bob Bullock Texas State Museum

Barton Creek Square Mall

Well, this is my team!

Perri , Manisha, Tasha and myself! :)

View from my hotel. Just love it!

Apart from that, we were craving for indian food there. It was so damn difficult to get rice . So on our way to office, we saw one Indian Restaurant and we managed to find it online. We ordered the food. Chicken Biryani =USD 12.99 and Lamb Biryani = USD 14.99. The taste was just okay only. Malaysia is the best! hahaha.

This ice cream is the best and it cost me the cheapest. Hahahaha!

Annnnndddddddd, we went for shopping. Can you see the cart? The cart is full becaiuse it was cheap! ;)

Had this as our dinner after the shopping spree. Too tiring and it was good. Haha.

*********************************************************************************

Well, then came the day when we had to go back. :(

We left and our transit was also at the same place. LONDON. So we visited the below places. Hehehe!

It was one of the most memorable trip that I ever had. I loved it overall except the TAN! It was freaking 40 Celcius in Austin. And we traveled by buses in Austin. Super easy and it was only USD 2.50 for the whole day pass. Well, this is my little summary of my experience.

I'm happy and I enjoyed my trip and stay there. Thank you America for having us! Love you and till then, alvida!

Thank you for tuning in everyone! :)

Working Life

Hello,
Here I am again. Posting the second post of the year. Quite late though. No time. I'm always busy. Haha.

Working life is so damn stressful when you're working for one of the most reputable bank. Things can go handy. I have never thought that I would be standing where I am today. Without the hard work and constant support from my family, this won't be possible.

All I would like to say is never be too proud on what you have now as this is life. Today you have and tomorrow you don't. The career you're having now is not forever and you won't be standing there your whole life and doing the same thing. Career is called as a career when you develop yourself and bring yourself to the next level. That is career.

It took me 7 years to be where I am today. I'm so so grateful to Waheguru for showing me the right way and my family to guide me throughout my struggling career. Started out in a bank back in year 2009 at the age of 18 and now I'm 25. Matured enough to make my own decisions now.
Working life can be very stressful but it depends on how you really handle those situation. Banking career? It's always stressful. Hahaha.

I think i have been blabbering about myself too much ehhhhh. Hahahaha.

Minta ampun.

Hi

It's been awhile. Hello everyone.

My first post for the year of 2016. Sadly but yes. Been so busy. Was without laptop for quite long. So there you go. My reason for the "awayness". Haha. How are you people?

All good?

So, this year was a roller coaster ride eh. Currency drops, government issues, bombings and what not. What is gonna happen to this world. Is the world going to end? I wonder.

I hope it ends. WHY?

>> Because people are more  ruthless, repulsive, manipulative, violent and what not. It is too obvious. The news channel has it running all year long. People being murdered, snatch theft victims, acid attacks, organ scandals, rapes and etc. What the authorities are doing? They have the same dialogue when we ask for answers" We are working on it". Ya RIGHT.

It is so sad to see that human beings are so damn cunning. Workplace is not longer a workplace. It's like a sex service provider. Where people sleep with each other for their own benefits. Friends turn down their own friends. Backstabbing is so normal these days. No one is real. Why people need a lot of friends? Actually there is no need for friends, your closest friend, best friends and even siblings can do shit for you. Talking bad about this person to that person has become a norm.

A criminal is hidden inside of every human being. It just takes each another to ignite the hidden "talent".

I'm just so speechless. Why people are being so judge-mental? No other better work? It's really upsetting.

The picture says it all! :)

Well well, thank you for 22k views.

Time to write again.

Have anyone of you encountered something that is blamed or put your life at stake? Like something you didn't say or do? Well, I have.

It has been going on and on for the past few months I would say. I get questioned and blamed for something I didn't say or do. I think today is the day to come forward and put a full stop to all this mess.

First of all, I don't have anything against you.

Second, I have nothing to say about you. If you're hearing tons of shit. All that is made up.

I have no idea why my name is being the intermediary. Like, why am I the focus?

If my name is being used as the intermediary, you should know better. That's all I can say.

No don't worry. Nothing has changed. I just expressed it here.

That's all I can sum up. :)

Cheers everybadyyhhh!

And thanks for bringing up the mark to 21k. :)

Langkawi 2015

Well, from the above mentioned post title, it's Langkawi again,

Langkawi has to be my annual trip with my friends. This time round, it was with my beloved office mates, my besties.

So, it was me, Jash and Darshini. Three of us and we had a blast!

The trip was on the 1st of July 2015 - 3rd of July 2015.

The weather at Langkawi is so HOT! Terrible tan. :S Still trying to get rid of the sunburns. Multiple lotions and creams does not work.

It was so beautiful above the sky and just took my breath away!

And tadaaaaaaaaa, Welcome to Langkawi Island!

Heaven! There are better places than this. But trust me, Langkawi is my first love! :)

Me and Jash!
First selfie in Langkawi.

All these pictures were taken at the SkyBridge. The view from the top is just WOW!
I received a call from  my Mr D during this selfie. He was so sad that he was not in Malaysia, or else he would have tag along with us, Never-mind Mr D, next time! :)

Okay this post is getting longer now. Will post another entry shorty .

Have a good day lovelies! :)

Selamat Hari Raya @ Eid Mubarak

Hello everyone,

Scoliosis

It's been long since I wrote the last entry. Well, due to so many reasons, I apologize.

Just bought a new laptop thou.

I'm still working at the same place. I do love my job but there are certain people who are so fake whom i do not wish to mention due to some unwanted issues.

Oh well, how's life?

Mine is okay. Regular check-ups. No, I'm not pregnant. It's related to my spine issue actually. Let's talk about this topic. Maybe some of you guys are unaware of this spine problem which is quiet dangerous I would say because I'm having it.

Spine. What is spine?

It is a series of vertebrae extending from the skull to the small of the back, enclosing the spinal cord and providing support for the thorax and abdomen; the backbone.

Image result for scoliosis

The left one is a normal spine and the right one is a spine abnormality which is known as Scoliosis.

Scoliosis is a is a lateral (toward the side) curvature in the normally straight vertical line of the spine. When viewed from the side, the spine should show a mild roundness in the upper back and shows a degree of swayback (inward curvature) in the lower back. When a person with a normal spine is viewed from the front or back, the spine appears to be straight. When a person with scoliosis is viewed from the front or back, the spine appears to be curved.

It is super painful. The pain is unbearable and  sometimes you just wished to die.

I was diagnosed having this in the year of 2014. I have never realized all this till I had a terrible back ache and my mother decided to bring me to the hospital. Doctors were literally shocked and said that they are quiet surprised that I did not realize any of this on the past years. Even I was like okayyyy. Wassup. What are you talking about. Since my mother is a nurse, her face reaction gave me goosebumps.

I asked the doctors again, What is it all regarding, they said that you're diagnosed with Scoliosis. I asked the doctors again, What is scoliosis? The doctors explained and I thought I was dying. I never though I would have this. Hospitals and me? No wayyyyy. I was admitted for a day. The doctors spoke to my mother and they referred me to a Orthopedic Specialist on the very next day.

The moment I reached home, didn't change, straight took my lappy and googled "Scoliosis".

I kept on thinking why me? What caused this. I was crying the whole day.

Then the very next day, me and my mother went to the hospital to meet the specialist. There, the doctor took my blood test, MRI, X-rays and what not. The blood test was to see of there is any bone cancer. *touchwood* There was nothing like that. It was normal and just my bone was a little different from a normal person.

My spine took a shape of an "S" just like the picture above. The doctor told me not to worry as 80% of the world population has this Scoliosis. Mine was a very mild with only 9 Degrees. I was a little relieved. He recommended for physiotherapy at the one of the well known physio center. I fixed an appointment on the very next day. The consultant and therapist I met there was very helpful. They told me the do's and dont's. I cant wear high heels, go for extreme activities and stuff. My dreams shattered.

While going for the physio sessions, my back pain was not going away easily. I cried almost everyday. Due to the painkillers and injections, I gained almost 9kgs in just a span of 10 months. I was afraid. When I went for a routine check up at the hospital, the doctors were in shocked to see me. I gained so much of weight till the doctor said it is dangerous for me to gain weight considering on the fact that I'm having scoliosis.

Recently I went for another check up, the doctors compared my last year report with the recent ones. The doctors claimed that the scoliosis has increased to 29 degrees. In the span of just 1 year, it increased to 20 degrees. I was scared. Tears in my eyes. Increasing heartbeat. The doctor gave a me painful brace to wear and suggested me to take up swimming. There is no any other option then going swimming. The last option will be a surgery which is recommended if only the degrees increased to 40 and above,

I just don't want to die this fast. The doctors claimed that there will be so many complications in life which I wont be able to avoid. Let's hope for the best and live life happily for once.

I'm glad I have my family beside me to support me all the time. My friends that gives me hope. And a boyfriend that holds my hand  tight and give me courage to keep fighting with the pain, I'm glad. Even if I'm to die tomorrow, I wont regret.

It's almost year end and hopefully I'm able to write down my New Years Resolution for the year of 2016. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thank you for tuning in everyone!

Thank you for the 20k views. Thank you so much! :)
